My name is Chris Respess and I am excited to be a part of the Coldwell Banker Coastal Rivers real estate team, offering residential, commercial and property management services as well as  my specialty, farms, lots and land. As a Washington, NC native I enjoy being a part of this community and have lived here for over 35 years. I have a wife of 10 years and 2 beautiful daughters.

I have extensive experience working with the community and surrounding farming areas. I joined my father in business as a teen and continue to work with him in the field of aerial aviation. I continue my journey for professional growth through real estate sales.
